We combine company founder Rich Alderson’s extensive skills and experience in editing and motion graphics, with a selection of talented partners across a range of creative and technical disciplines. We take a modular approach where we ‘plug in’ the right talent for each assignment. This helps us to be lean, flexible and highly creative.
Background
Over the years Richard Alderson has edited numerous programmes for major broadcasters including the BAFTA nominated Byker Grove, Spit Game and My Life: Stammer School. His work has also attracted multiple RTS and IVCA awards.
Rich’s film work includes feature film The Man Inside featuring celebrated British actor Peter Mullen, whilst non-broadcast editing and motion graphics work includes films for major clients such as Berghaus, Virgin and NHS as well as numerous films for the classic Doctor Who series on DVD. Over the years, Rich has gained a firm understanding of how post production is a collaborative process.
In 2013 Rich pulled together his fifteen years of experience in TV and film to set up the business. Looking for an alternative to the conventional post production approach, he wanted to establish a very flexible company that relied on bringing in the talent as an when needed, whilst himself maintaining the client engagement and creative direction.
